Christmas is coming and what better way to do some shopping, meet friends for a hot chocolate or mulled wine or bring the full family along for a fun day out than at a Little Bird Market.

This week Little Bird Artisan Markets will be visiting a variety of venues around the area, so lots of opportunity to come along to one near you. Thursday night Little Bird traders will be setting up in Easingwold as part of the town’s lights switch on event from 3pm to 8pm in the Market Square. There will be lots of fun and entertainment from Easingwold Primary School and Easingwold Town Band along with late night shopping and the opportunity to raise funds for St Leonards Hospice Light up a Life Service.

Saturday and Sunday will see over 70 stalls setting up at the first Festive markets in Valley Gardens, Harrogate in partnership with Destination Harrogate. There is so much going on in Harrogate, you will be spoilt for choice. From Ice Rinks to Harrogate Christmas Fair, an open top bus experience and the ever-popular Candy Cane Express, so you travel around Harrogate in style and visit as many attractions as you can. Sunday will also see 50 Little Bird traders setting up in Richmond Market Place in partnership with Richmond Town Council, along with an artisan fair within the Town Hall and a performance stage showcasing local talent.

Managing Director, Jackie Crozier said “We have been building up to Christmas and now this week it really is in full swing. What better way to spend your weekend than visiting a traditional Christmas Artisan Market and purchase local products that are both unique and handmade by our amazing traders. Little Bird Markets really do have everything you might need for the festive season, from gifts to local produce and are a great opportunity to meet up with friends or the family for a great day out”.
