Little Bird Made are set to land in Easingwold again on Saturday 12 April for another outstanding monthly market, located in the marketplace, which has hosted markets dating back to the 12th century and is a central location for the local community and tourists to the stunning North Yorkshire town.
As the days grow longer, and the promise of summer fills the air, this weekend Little Bird Made are returning to Easingwold for their monthly artisan market and bringing with them a host of fantastic artisan makers and creators to fill up the marketplace. And with Easter weekend just around the corner, this is the perfect excuse to come and purchase those Easter treats.
Owner and founder of Little Bird, Jackie Crozier puts a lot of effort and time into curating these outstanding artisanal events, to support local small businesses and to provide outdoor shopping experiences for a host of local communities across North Yorkshire. She says on returning to Easingwold this weekend, ‘’We love to provide stallholders the opportunity to promote their small businesses and their amazing products. Each stall that trades with us, is different in their own way and this is what makes the markets unique. Many of the products you find at one of our events are one of a kind, you won’t find them anywhere else.’’
One of the stalls that will be at Easingwold is Curly Nook Jewellery, and owner Lorraine White is excited to be coming along to this amazing event, says ‘’I have been making and selling my jewellery for around fifteen years and for the last three years, I have been trading with Little Bird Markets, which I love. The amazing Yorkshire locations, the people I meet from local residents to tourists, and of course the amazing artisans I trade with make the early morning starts from Lincolnshire all worthwhile.’’
